Zero Energy Homes

A two hour presentation focused on design and construction of Zero Energy Homes (ZEH) that aim to produce the same amount energy as they consume. It will cover renovation as well as new construction. We will discuss through several case studies the basic elements of the ZEH: passive solar design, energy efficient house envelope, conventional and alternative energy sources.
