A strong physical core will support our lower back, organs, and spine, allowing you to stand up straight and focus ahead with poise and confidence. A strong core will also support us to be centered when dealing with “gut wrenching” situations. This will be a flowing practice, strung together by breath and core engaging and heart opening work throughout. All levels welcome.
