Breathe new life into the tired parts of these over-worked joints! In the shoulders, we hold responsibility and in the hips we hold what feels like everything but the kitchen sink! We will work slowly with great patience to therapeutically unburden these areas. When shoulders are free, we are more willing to give and receive. When hips are loose, we move forward in our life with greater confidence and less hesitation. What to expect: lots of deep breathing, abdominal work, strength building poses, accessible moves to create space and stabilize the neck, shoulders, and hips.
