When: Sun., Jan. 7, 1-2 p.m. and First Sunday of every month, 1-2 p.m. Continues through April 1 2018

With a little self love, you can be your best self. Mindful Study Tips: March 4th 1pm-2pm Learn how to apply mindfulness to academics. Whether it's test taking, homework,college, public speaking, or writer's block, yoga practice can help smooth out the stress that comes with the life of a student.
