When: Sat., Oct. 21, 6-8 p.m. 2017
For this two hour Yin Yoga class, participants will have a chance to yield and allow their bodies to prepare for deep relaxation. This practice will increase mobility and strength in the joints, by stretching the connective tissue in a safe and informed way. The students will be instructed on how to come into the posture at the appropriate depth for themselves, with the intention of embracing the stillness. Yin Yoga will allow the practitioner to move past resistance, while surrendering to the breath in a soft and steady rhythm. This practice is suitable for all levels.
