Learn real life skills that can protect you, your family and friends. This class will be taught by Keith Duncan, 5th degree black belt. Keith has 34 years of martial arts experience. Learn preventative measures as well as techniques to use to defend yourself if the need arises. Ages 13+ Presented with B.R.A.I.N. Programs Inc.
