When: Wednesdays, 5:30 p.m.

Wind down your Wednesday and move gently into the second half of your week with this easygoing practice of breath, deep listening, and movement. Come to the mat exactly as you are. Wind-Down Wednesday Yoga will be led by Kristen Pratt (she/her, RYT 200), a Red Hook resident with a deep love for the healing power of community. Donation-based // All levels welcome // Outdoors & physically distant All classes weather-permitting // No registration required Bring your own mat/towel/blanket and clothing layers.
