Bookstore, bar, and cafe triple-threats are always fond of doing their own spin on trendy bar events. The Barking Goose has hopped on the weekly trivia trend, hosting a themed trivia night every Thursday at 7 pm. This October comes Trivia for Dummies, “Friends” trivia, and Halloween costume trivia.
Rough Draft Bar & Books, Kingston
Looking to spend more time at Rough Draft Bar & Books but don’t have the funds for all the books and coffee you’d want to buy? Try your hand at their weekly trivia night. A longtime trivia hotspot in New Paltz, McGillicuddy’s does late-night trivia for weekday insomniacs. And Tuesdays at 9pm they host their weekly trivia, where you get $1 on your first draft and other drink specials as you compete for gift card prizes.
