Contemporary fine art photographer Jeremy Dennis lives in Southampton, New York, on the Shinnecock Indian Reservation as a tribal member of the Shinnecock Indian Nation. According to the artist's website, Dennis' work "explores indigenous identity, culture, and assimilation." He has been the recipient of several competitive arts grants, and completed numerous artist residencies across the New York and the Northeast region. Dennis earned his bachelor's degree in studio art from Stony Brook University and his Master of Fine Arts from Penn State University.
