Victor Masayesva: Pathways to Planetary Health

The Garrison Institute Forum Series on Pathways to Planetary Health will host Hopi Independent Filmmaker Victor Masayesva in conversation with Garrison Institute Co-Founder Jonathan F.P. Rose. Victor Masayesva, Author of "Husk of Time", is a member of the Hopi Tribe from Hoatvela Village, and a life long advocate for the implementation of the indigenous aesthetic in multimedia productions. He has curated programs at the Museum of Modern Art in NYC and serving as artist in residence at the School of Art Institute of Chicago, Walker Art Center, Banff Centre for the Arts and has received AFI's Maya Deren Award.
