Learn to nourish and nurture yourself by preparing delicious plant-based meals. Create soothing soups, scrumptious salads, earthy grains, fabulous vegetables, awesome dressings and delightful desserts. Unlock the healing secrets of food and learn how to use whole foods for optimum health and vitality. In each class we will create a colorful 3 course dinner together- including dessert! Come to the entire series or join us for a single class. Classes are being taught by Marika Blossfeldt, holistic health coach and author.
