Mindfulness at Work: Keeping your seat in a complex and demanding world
In this four day retreat, we will practice the 2,500 year old meditation discipline of mindfulness-awareness and explore how such a simple act can help us engage our daily lives and careers genuinely – with intelligence, courage and delight!
The retreat will include meditation practice, talks, guided meditations, movement exercises and contemplative walks in an inspiring rural environment. Meditation instruction will be taught in a structured way and noble silence will be observed during the retreat.

Master Daesung Song, of the Won Institute, will be leading the retreat, with additional teachings from Rev. Insun Park and Rev. Doil Lee of the Won Dharma Center. Under the guidance of these experienced instructors, our group practice will deepen both your theoretical and practical understanding of moving meditation, in a beautiful location, surrounded by warm friends and nourishing, delicious food.
