Chef Madeline Delosh, of Mado Patisserie in Chatham, will demonstrate the steps to create this versatile dough and will prepare a variety of savory and sweet treats. The dough can be made ahead and kept in the freezer until you have the occasion make a delicious treat that is sure to impress. A few of the treats you can make with puff pastry dough are mushroom and gruyere vol au vents, sesame sticks, apple tarts, millefeuille, palmiers petit fours. All attendees receive easy to make recipes and gift box with Madeline’s own puff pastry creations.
