The State of the Saw Kill Forum: Preserving Our Watershed

When: Thu., May 10, 6:30-9 p.m. 2018

The work the SKWC and local researchers have been conducting over the past two years will be presented. Presenters will discuss sewage contamination, nutrient levels, the impact of road salt, flood mitigation, and drinking water safety in the Saw Kill watershed. The speakers will include Prof. Elias Dueker of Bard College, Dan Shapley of Riverkeeper, Stuart Findlay of the Cary Institute, and Prof. Kate Meierdiercks of Siena College, among others.
