The Arc of Dutchess, which serves nearly 1,000 people with disabilities in Dutchess County, will recognize nine local individuals and businesses that donate their time, talent and treasures to the agency and the community. The annual Celebration of Stars awards ceremony will feature Q92 radio personality Joe Daily as emcee.
