Taconic Opera: La Traviata - like you’ve never experienced it before!

Conducted by the Musical Director, Jun Nakabayashi, the orchestra and lead singers of Taconic Opera will perform a semi-staged production of La Traviata (orchestra, costumes, minimal sets) and the audience members, if they choose, can be part of the chorus of the opera. The Taconic Opera chorus will sit among the audience - which the conductor will face at the correct times - so that any willing audience member can feel like a true blue chorus member in a live opera It is a unique and unparalleled artistic experience that left audiences raving last season.
