This is a guided meditations which uses Native American and Shamanic inspired animal medicine principles as guiding forces and focus. This journey will explore the concept of personal balance, developing focus and manifesting goals and desires. After an introduction the group leader will guide participants through their meditation. The meditation segment will be followed by a group discussion where experiences can be shared.
