Our mind has the potential to be as powerful and deep as a vast ocean, but we are mainly concerned with the waves we perceive. Through learning meditation techniques presented in this class we can learn to calm our inner storm and relate to our pure potential instead. This class includes guided meditations, practical advice on how to maintain the experience of the inner peace in daily life and time to discuss the ideas presented.
