Get playful as we get curious about how we move- observing ourselves and others- to become more aware of our movement choices and body balance. This workshop will introduce tools based on the Alexander Technique (a 100+ year-old system of mindful movement) to allow your body to move better and feel better. Research has shown its effectiveness in reducing chronic pain and improving coordination and posture. Private lessons also available. With Allyna Steinberg.
