You’ll have the chance to enjoy a selection of Marisa’s pickles, jams and chutney along with local cheeses and wine selections from the Hudson Wine Merchants. You'll be guided through the process of making your own, customizable batches of pickled cauliflower. Once the pickling is done, Marisa will demonstrate how to make her pear vanilla jam.
