Sloan Wainwright Band

Contemporary folk singer Sloan Wainwright and her band open the West Kortright Centre’s 47th performance season on Sunday, May 29 at 3PM. Wainwright’s unique hybrid of pop, folk, jazz, and blues is unified by her melodious tone and rich, powerful contralto. This is an indoor concert with limited seating; masks encouraged. Advance tickets: $18/WKC members; $23/non-members; $10 for ages 9-19; free for ages 8 and under. Advance ticketing closes at midnight on Saturday. Arrive early to enjoy the opening reception of Joan Nelson's painting show, starting at 1:30. Tulip & the Rose will be onsite serving food from 1:30-3pm.
