Silent Auction Benefitting The Environmental Defense Fund

When: Sat., May 13, 5-7 p.m. 2017

The Rondout Valley High School’s National Honor Society is hosting a silent auction at the Marbletown Community Center to benefit the Environmental Defense Fund. A variety of goods, services and gift certificates from local businesses, including Mohonk Mountain House, Vitti Mountain Guides, and Davenport’s Farmstand will be up for bidding. All proceeds will go to the Environmental Defense Fund, one of the most successful environmental advocacy groups in the world. The organization’s primary initiatives include making sustainable farming practices more accessible, curbing carbon dioxide emissions, and protecting our health through chemical policy reform.
