In this workshop we will work with Asana, Pranayama, and Guided Imagery to tap into the more gentle techniques for the shoulders that Yoga offers to heal on both the physical and emotional levels. With the appropriate practice integrating this approach, the body often responds so quickly that the tension in the neck, shoulders, and chest can be greatly improved. Often through this work the deeper emotional layers can be revealed that uncover how and why we have become blocked. We will explore the importance of technical accuracy of correct practice through in-depth partner work and nurturing hands-on adjustment.
