Seasonal Handmade Pasta and Sausage Making

A garden-inspired, hands-on workshop making a fall pasta and a herb Italian sausage. Using local eggs and flour, learn techniques for making and rolling fresh tagliatelle pasta. Sausage will be made using herbs from BBG and local pork.
