To create this genre-defying new performance, Sarah Rothenberg draws inspiration from Marcel Proust’s writings, the memoirs of his housekeeper Céleste Albaret, and the music, paintings, and places invoked in his literary works. Featuring the music of Fauré, Franck, Saint-Saens, Reynaldo Hahn, Leon Delafosse, Debussy, Chopin, and Ravel, performed by Nicholas Phan, Boson Mo, Henry Stram, and Sarah Rothenberg.
