Each of us are routinely exposed to stress. Even if we have practices, such as yoga or meditation to cope. Stress can cause undesirable effects to our mind, body, and spirit. Having a dedicated space for meditation or prayer can have a tremendous impact on your mental health. You will learn spiritual cleansing techniques, how to sweep the Aura, the use of devotionals, and how to intuitively select the focal points for your own unique sacred space.
