Restorative Yoga with Sharon Zewert

Restorative yoga promotes a healthy parasympathetic nervous system (PNS), which is responsible for balancing the body and bringing its response system back into equilibrium. Practicing restorative yoga can help to lower heart rate and blood pressure, support the immune system, and keep the endocrine system operating healthily.
