Radio from the Field

A two-part series of free public workshops taking place at local area libraries in the Mid-Hudson Library system. WGXC Mobile Studio Manager and artists Max Goldfarb will lead participants in learning about environmental sound recording: Participants will learn about making and editing field recordings, and learn to construct projects with free sound editing software. Two sessions will culminate in a short, radio-ready production that will become a part of Wave Farm's WGXC archive. Workshops will be presented for adults.
