Two one-hour sessions will be offered every Tuesday evening until the end of the semester. No experience necessary. Qigong is an ancient Chinese health care system that works. It integrates physical postures, breathing techniques, and focused intentions. This class is for all levels, beginners to seasoned practitioner. Release: anxiety, worry, fear, anger, and sadness. Absorb: peace, love, joy. No experience necessary. Join us whenever you can. Open to the entire Vassar community and the public.
