Qi Gong is based on repetitions of very precise sets of movements, specifically designed to benefit health on many levels. With each inhale, you build strength. With each exhale, you detoxify and relax. This will be a beginner Qi Gong class experience in which all who attend will be able to easily perform all the various movements and exercises we will be doing.
