Lacto-fermentation is a traditional method of preserving food that increases vitamin and enzyme content and contains probiotics to keep your gut healthy. Joyce White will provide a sampling of fermented products, and lead you in fermenting the season’s harvest. Bring your favorite knife and cutting board. Fee includes the vegetables and a quart canning jar to take home your ferment.
