Preparing Real Food and Why it Matters with Becky Fullam

This workshop will first go over the principles of a traditional, whole-foods-based diet: the critical foundation to well-being. Next, the class will focus on overcoming the challenge of putting this kind of diet into practice while balancing the many other demands of a busy schedule. Becky will share some of her family's staple recipes and will go over specific, practical strategies on how to cook all of your meals from whole foods.
