Pranayama (yogic breathing) expands the lung capacity, helping you to take more life sustaining oxygen with every breath and expel toxins more efficiently, reducing the disease-harboring acidity. Pranayama also works on the ‘chakras’ (energy centers) to revitalize you and brings down the respiration rate. You will be introduced to Pranayama that can be practiced in just 30 minutes.
