Pranayama expands lung capacity, helping to take in more oxygen and expel toxins. This reduces acidity and slows down respiration rate to reduce biological age. Pranayama also revitalizes the Chakras. In this workshop, you will be introduced to Pranayama and Deep Relaxation that can be practiced in just 30 minutes per day.
