Everyday of our life is spent in pursuit of something better. We want to be happier and to experience fewer problems, but to fulfill these wishes we need to actively train in happiness. Buddha taught simple, yet profound methods that when combined with meditation, bring the lasting happiness we all long for. Everyone is welcome and no experience is necessary.
