Pen Turning

When: Sat., May 14, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. 2022

During this introductory woodworking class, students will use a lathe to create two of their own wooden pens. Participants will learn wood prep, turning and pen assembly. No prior woodworking or turning experience is necessary. This class is open to all skill levels and is perfect for the beginner woodworker. Instructor Bill Sterling will help students through every step of the process with plenty of tips and tricks. This class takes place in the shop at the Wooden Boat School, located at 86 Rondout Landing in Kingston. Register at www.hrmm.org
