Learn the joy of making homemade pasta at Valley Variety. With the guidance of Chef Gianni Scappin, you will learn how to make, roll and cut several types of pasta —by hand and with a pasta machine—along with a few basic sauces. This is a hands-on class and you will leave with your own freshly made pasta ready to cook at home.
