Qigong is an ancient Chinese art form, an integral part of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Qigong postures, movement and meditation have medical, martial and philosophical aspects. These are easy to follow, gentle movements that both energize and calm, activate and strengthen enabling us to increase our sense of well-being. The class also involves brief guided meditation.
