Facilitated group discussion, basic troubleshooting, and introductions the first hour followed by a social hour. Especially suited for mamas with babies under 1 year old. Snacks to share are always welcome. During social hour, the lactation counselor is available for 10 min community consults for problem visits for those who need more 1-1 attention.
