Moving Through Pain: Experiencing Strength and Resilience

When: Saturdays, 11 a.m.-12 p.m. Continues through April 14 2018

You will be guided through exploration of body awareness, using techniques of deep relaxation and understanding one’s personal movement style. The objective is for participants to discover their path to greater resilience. This four-week workshop can be taken in total or as individual sessions.

Price: $35 4 sessions/$10 per class
