Take a break from the stresses of daily life with a restorative afternoon of mindfulness meditation (Vipassana). This is a mini-meditation course that is useful for beginners as well as experienced meditators. We will engage in several cycles of sitting meditation, walking meditation, and lying-down meditation, interspersed with “dharma talk”.
