8-week program. Within a safe and supportive learning environment, participants will be taught a variety of simple and gentle mindfulness practices which are easily integrated into daily life. This experiential and interactive program taught by certified and experienced instructor, Stephanie Speer, provides an opportunity for participants to learn a variety of mindfulness practices that focus on the breath, body, sound, movement, daily activities, and interpersonal interactions. Individualized support and guidance are also provided so that each participant will gain the ability to use these practices formally and informally to gain greater balance, control, and an ease of being.
