When: First Sunday of every month, 12-1 p.m.
Learn to use the principles of the Alexander Technique to build awareness of your body in order to notice and release habits of movement and thinking that are not serving you. The class will explore movements on the floor and standing to develop coordination, balance and mindfulness. This class is for you if: You wish to reduce stress and tension. You like to move and learn about the (mind)body. You would like to develop or deepen mindfulness. You want to try something new. Good for all ability levels.
