This benefit dinner will be a true farm to table experience. All ingredients are being donated by local farms, and 5 local chefs: Jonathan Wright of Silo Ridge, Rei Peraza of Orlatan Hospitality, Devon Gilroy of Hotel Tivoli, Joseph Dalu of Le Petit Bistro and Mauro Sessarego of Artigiani Del Gelato, are collaborating to bring you a truly delicious experience. We will begin with a cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres from 5:30pm-6:30pm accompanied by Masha Zabara on the cello, followed by a 4-course family style dinner, and dancing with music by Bob and The Boys. Festive-formal attire encouraged.
