Maple Sugar Opening Day

When: Sat., Feb. 28, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. 2015

Learn history, how to tap a maple tree, how to collect the sap and how the sap boils down in an evaporator to become maple syrup. 60-min tour ends at the farmhouse, maple syrup and gifts can be purchased. Trails cannot be navigated with strollers. Opening this Season are adapted Maple Sugar Tours at 11a.m., 1p.m. and 3p.m. Be sure to dress warmly and wear boots for snow and mud for all tours.
