Bard College has an extensive and unique set of international partnerships and study abroad opportunities. Our main campus in northern Dutchess County is the hub of an international network which includes Bard College Berlin, Al Quds University Bard College (the largest Palestinian-American higher education collaboration), Smolny College at St. Petersburg University (the first Russian-American liberal arts college, which is managed by Bard), the American University of Central Asia (managed by Bard), and the Central European University in Budapest, whose chairman of the board is Bard's president.
