Lojong, mind training, is an ancient set of techniques for taming negative emotions and cultivating loving kindness and compassion. These techniques can be used both in formal meditation practice and “on the spot” in our daily lives. The retreat leader, Lama Tsultrim Yeshe, is a retired prison chaplain who teaches nationally on topics relating to emotional healing and recovering from trauma. This retreat is suitable for those seeking a first intensive experience of Tibetan Buddhist practice and for seasoned practitioners of this spiritual path.
