Labor Day Weekend Farm Dinner

When: Sun., Sept. 3, 4-9:30 p.m. 2017

Take a seat at this one-of-a-kind dinner experience in the field, showcasing the collaboration between local growers Farm Tournant and chefs on both sides of the Hudson, at the height of the summer harvest. Chefs Michael Kelly (Liberty Street Bistro, Newburgh) and Nicholas Leiss (The Roundhouse, Beacon) team up to prepare a menu featuring Farm Tournant’s heirloom vegetables alongside meat and seasonal fare sourced from Hudson Valley farms and foraged by Deep Forest Wild Edible. Prepared and served on site in the field, dinner will be paired with local beers and Hudson Valley Farmhouse Cider.
