In this hands-on class, David Chicane, chef/owner of Hudson Food Studio, will guide the groupthrough the best practices in choosing, using and caring for your knives. The fruits and vegetables prepped during the class will be used to create a refreshing lunch of a chilled vegetable soup and summer salad.
