As part of our new partnership with Lilananda Yoga there will be a new class on the schedule co-taught by Jeanna (from Girl Fight) and Jennifer (from Lilananda). The Kickboxing/Yoga Fusion class will be hosted at Girl Fight Fitness in Burnt Hills and you can use your class passes. This 60-minute class gives you an awesome total-body workout that pairs cardio, stretching, and relaxation. Spend the first 30 minutes burning calories with kickboxing combinations on the heavy bag. Then, work the body and the mind with 30 minutes of Yoga including full-body stretch and breathing.
